SHIPPING

What are your shipping options?

We use Royal Mail, DHL, Evri & UPS.

All our shipping options are available to view either at the checkout, or on every product page.

Do you offer next day shipping?

We do offer next day shipping on all items kept within our dispatch premises warehouse. Items that are not kept at our dispatch premesis will not be available for next day shipping. You can see at the checkout which items are available for next day shipping.

My order arrived, but it's damaged!

We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us here and we will sort it out right away.

My tracking shows my order as delivered, but it's not here!

Don't panic! Sometimes, we find that some deliveries get prematurely marked as delivered, or might have been dropped off at a reception or mail room. If you have not received your order by the end of the next working day, then please contact us here.

I got a dispatch email, but my tracking has not updated!

Our couriers collect from us through out the day, when collecting, they do not scan every parcel into thier trucks; this will be done once it get processed at the sorting centre. This can happen through the night, be sure to check the tracking on the next morning for an update.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Sorry, we only post to the UK.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will be emailed a confirmation email. This will tell you the service your order was sent on, and also the tracking number. For more information, please check out our parcel tracking page.

ORDERS & RETURNS

What is your dispatch cut off point?

We aim to dispatch all orders in 1-2 working days, however we find that most orders will be dispatched on the same day.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched! The best way is to call us on 0800 49 69 777 quoting your order number. Alternatively, please contact us here but please bear in mind that emails get answered on a first come first answered basis.

Do you offer wholesale?

Sorry, no! We are unable to offer a wholesale / trade services to businesses.

Can I return my order?

Yes! We offer a no quibble returns policy. As long as your item(s) are still new, unused, in their original packaging and we are able to resell them, then we can offer a refund on their return. Please check our returns policy for more information.

Can I collect my order?

We have a click and collect option for all items stored in our main warehouse in Biggin Hill. You can see on each listing whether the item is available to collect, and if so, this option will be available for you at the checkout. Please bring a form of ID with you when you come to collect. Our click and collect desk is open from 9.00am - 5.00pm Mon - Fri and 9.00am - 12.00pm Saturday.

Some information on your website looks to be incorrect

Please let us know! We aim to have 100% correct information on our website so if you notice something that is wrong or could do with some more information, please contact us here and we will rectify it as soon as we can!

The photo for a product I am looking for looks generic

We have over 70,000 items on our website, so getting round and taking photos is a big task. If you need more photos of an item, please let us know, and if it is available at our main warehouse, then we will take new photos and update the listing.

Are your products genuine?

Yes, all of our products come from the official UK distributors. We do not sell knock offs or fake items.

Do you offer a fitting service?

Sorry, we do not have a workshop for us to fit items.
