If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days from Invoice date in its ORIGINAL UNUSED/UNINSTALLED CONDITION with proof of purchase.
We will promptly replace it, apply credit to a new order, or give you a refund minus our shipping fee which will be between £2.95 and £8.95 (UK Charges - International Charges Please e-mail us) which we will advise you of.

Simply return the item with the packing slip and a brief covering note explaining what the problem is and what you would like us to do to rectify your problem, we can replace, repair or give you a refund minus the original postage charge, credit or apply changes to a new order.
Return the item to our address as on the packing slip. We will take care of the rest.
