Delivery

Every order received before our cut off dispatch point will be priority sent that day, Most items are sent POST FREE within the UK unless otherwise stated on the product listing or in the shopping basket. In a Hurry? - We offer an even FASTER delivery option which you will be offered at your point of checkout. If we have a stock error or problem with your order you will be contacted the next working day at the latest with a solution to the problem.

After Sales

Unsatisfied? Woolly Hat Shop sets the standard with a 30 day, no quibble returns policy. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days from Invoice date in its ORIGINAL UNUSED/UNINSTALLED CONDITION with proof of purchase. We will promptly replace it, apply credit to a new order, or give you a refund minus our shipping fee which will be between £2.00 and £8.95 which we will advise you of. Returns are simply NO phone calls NO returns numbers. Simply return the item with the packing slip and a brief covering note explaining what the problem is. Return the item to our address as on the packing slip. We will take care of the rest.
